Known issues:
Microsoft was sure busy with this build! Lots of positive changes were made, including two obvious things for Win32 users: The Shell_NotifyIcon API has been fixed, and you can now pin certain windows to appear on all desktops. Those of us who use the Feedback Hub should also like the new ability (that we've been clamoring for since the very beginning!) to comment on feedback. We still can't downvote feedback, but the new commenting feature is a start in the right direction. One caveat: Your comments are posted with your real first name and last initial, and I couldn't find an option to use a screen name. Feedback itself still remains anonymous however. Considering Microsoft's very slow pace, I certainly welcome the changes made to their Feedback interface over the last couple months:
However, I do have some complaints about the current direction I'm seeing:

Known issues:
- The Visual Studio emulator for Windows 10 Mobile and Hololens will fail with “An authentication error has occurred. The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted”. If you are a developer and require the emulator for building apps, we suggesting moving to the Slow ring and skipping this build until we can fix this issue.
- We continue to investigate issues with Narrator and other screen reader apps that make them unable to read selected text in the Feedback Hub, Cortana, and other apps.
- In Microsoft Edge, some large downloads may appear to get stuck at 99% completion. You can work around this issue by renaming the file in your downloads after closing Microsoft Edge. This workaround skips security checks on the file, so it should be used only with files from a trusted source.
- In some cases, attempting to turn on Developer Mode on may crash the Settings app. If this happens, the workaround is to use these steps here to enable Developer Mode.
- Some apps notifications may only show the icon – however the full text of the notification will be visible within Action Center.
- We are investigating an issue where UWPs sometimes do not appear on the taskbar when minimized. When this happens, the app icons don’t show up on the taskbar and they are also not shown in [Alt]+[Tab] or Task View. The only way to maximize these apps is via Task Manager. Additionally, you can try restarting Explorer.exe from Task Manager to get out of this state.
- Insider Hub and Windows Feedback apps merged into a single, Feedback Hub app. One less app, and you can access everything from one place.
- Microsoft can now (and does) respond to feedback. This was sorely missing from the beginning.
- Users can now comment on feedback. Now we're almost up to where we were with the UserVoice forum...
However, I do have some complaints about the current direction I'm seeing:
- Why is Microsoft introducing a new Skype app? Looking through the Feedback Hub, it's obvious that most people want a single, unified messaging platform instead of a half-dozen messaging related apps. We don't need yet another specialized app! I say to make a single app for voice call, video call, and text messaging—and make it work on mobile and PC.
- I eagerly anticipated the support of Opus audio in Microsoft Edge. But it's only supported via Media Source! So it probably works for YouTube now, but this does nothing for everybody else trying to use the HTML5 <audio> tag, which requires OGG or WebM container format support (which isn't implemented at the moment) to play Opus files or streams. Huge bummer! Hopefully they're working on at least OGG support so web developers can actually take advantage of Edge's Opus support. Ditto for VP9 support—currently supported, but with no container format support.
